We were founded in 1983 by agency icons John Hunt and Reg Lascaris, with the ambition to become the first world-class advertising agency out of Africa. Our goal now is to be the number one global agency.
Beyond our creative achievements, Hunt Lascaris is committed to making a positive impact on society. We believe that brands have a responsibility to use their platforms for good. Through our work, we’ve supported various social and environmental causes, empowering communities and promoting sustainable practices.
We make sure our talent grows and soars through programmes such as Sea Legs, Tiger Academy, Master Gunners, Wright Academy, and Up and Out. We give talent access to online training on D\Learn, Knowledge Hub, TBWA\ University, and GLP (Global Learning Platform). We also encourage our staff to participate in any judging opportunities.
We double-down on disruption. If you’re not disrupting, you’re conforming. If you’re conforming, you’re going unnoticed. We want our clients’ brands to be noticed, to have a role in people’s lives, to make all of the other brands in the category ‘me too’. So we disrupt.
