Tshepi is a dedicated Financial Director with over 20 years of experience in financial management across various industries across South Africa and the UK.  For the past 15 years she has led finance teams in a blood transfusion, office automation distribution, investment holding, television production, and advertising company. 

But her love of the creative space began with her audits of advertising and marketing companies during her articles with Arthur Andersen in the London Office.  And onto her first financial director role with Joe Public in Johannesburg.  And now is relishing her full circle moment that has led her to lead the finance team at TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris in Johannesburg.

Tshepi is passionate about leadership that is people-centric and leads with compassion.  This ethical leadership has ensured that she leads teams that endeavor to achieve the best financial management processes and results, and excellent risk management.
